Uruki has the power to control wind. While she mostly uses it as a cutting edge (don't ask how that's possible), she also uses it to fly or run very fast or a number of other things. As previously stated, Rimudo must be in his female form (generally referred to as Uruki) in order to use his wind powers, though he doesn't have to be using his wind powers to be female. "Unique genetics", he calls it. The wind is apparently strong enough to cut through almost anything, including rock, as well as being able to act as a shield against projectiles and other attacks.

Aside from the power of wind, Uruki has strong martial arts skills, so even without her powers, she's a formidable opponent. Like most other celestial warriors, she has a fair bit of extra physical strength and fairly rapid healing abilities. While she gets a lot more scarred than the Suzaku seishi were used to, she recovers quickly and is able to be fighting again within a few days, at the very most.
